- You see the Auras of cleansed Totems.
You can perform a ritual on a cleansed Totem to resurrect it as a Rekindled Totem.For each Rekindled Totem active at the same time, Hex: Pentimento gains an additional effect:
- 1 Totem: reduces all Survivors' Repair speed by 20/25/30 %.
- 2 Totems: reduces all Survivors' Healing speed by 20/25/30 %.
- 3 Totems: reduces all Survivors' Recovery speed from being downed by 20/25/30 %.
- 4 Totems: reduces all Survivors' Gate-Opening speed by 20/25/30 %.
- 5 Totems: all Totems are permanently blocked by The Entity.
When a Rekindled Totem is cleansed, its remains are consumed by The Entity and it cannot be rekindled.

- Whenever you are within 20/28/36 metres of a Crow that was startled by a nearby Survivor, you are alerted with a Loud Noise Notification.
Spies from the Shadows has a cool-down of 5 seconds between alerts.

The last 2/3/4 Survivors you hit with a Basic or Special Attack suffer permanently from the Blindness Status Effect.All effects of the Hex Perk persist until its Hex Totem is cleansed or blessed.

At the start of the Trial, 4 random Hooks, as well as the 4 Basement Hooks, are changed into Scourge Hooks:
- The Auras of Scourge Hooks are revealed to you in white.
- Accelerates the Sacrifice Process by 10/15/20 %.
